Billing questions
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account drops to Free. Nothing is deleted: your journal, streak, prompts and community stay. You simply stop being able to write, schedule and publish posts until you upgrade.
Why is the trial limited to three moments a day?
It is a taster. Three moments a day is enough to see Gruuv write for every platform you use and to publish real posts, without turning the trial into a free month.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings → Subscription. Monthly plans stop at the end of the period; yearly plans run to the end of the year you paid for. You keep everything on Free.
Do you charge per platform or per account?
No. One Pro plan covers all nine platforms and every account you connect.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. Gruuv is built for owners and solo creators. If you run several businesses, each one is its own Gruuv account today.
