Open the app and tap the big + button. Snap takes a photo, Talk records a voice note (transcribed on your phone when the browser supports it), Type is a plain text box and Link unfurls any URL, including YouTube. The moment is saved to your journal the instant you tap Save, before any writing happens.

In this order: the accounts you have connected, then the default platforms in Settings, then the platforms you picked during onboarding. You can change the selection with the platform chips on the capture screen before you tap Generate.

Use the tweak chips (Shorter, Punchier, Longer, More or less emoji, Add CTA, New take) or type an instruction such as “mention our 2-for-1 on Fridays”. Every tweak is a new version you can undo. Each edit and tweak also teaches your voice profile, which you can inspect and adjust in Settings → Voice.

Each post can be published now, dropped into the next free queue slot, or scheduled for a time you pick. Queue slots are recurring weekday + time pairs you set in Settings → Posting schedule; onboarding seeds them away from your busiest hours. Scheduled posts go out automatically, and failures are retried three times before they are marked failed so you can retry or edit.

Settings → Connected accounts → Connect. Where a real provider is configured you will be sent through the platform’s own sign-in. Bluesky uses a handle and an app password. In demo environments without provider keys, a mock connection is created so you can try the whole flow.

Free covers capture, journal, streaks, prompts and the community. The 3-day trial adds writing (three moments a day), tweaks, scheduling, publishing and insights. Pro removes the daily limit. When the trial ends you keep everything you captured; only writing and publishing lock until you upgrade.

Collabs is a directory of nearby and complementary businesses with suggested partnership ideas (shoutout swaps, joint posts, giveaways). Circles are small groups by niche and city whose members support each other’s fresh posts. Your Ask link is a public page where customers send questions, stories and reviews, each of which can become a moment and then a post.

Yes. Settings → Data exports your journal (moments and posts) as a JSON file you own. You can disconnect any account at any time and delete your account from the same screen. Gruuv never publishes anything you have not scheduled yourself.
