Terms of service

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep that inbox secure; anything done through a valid sign-in link counts as done by you. One person per account. You are responsible for keeping your business details accurate.

2. Your content

Everything you capture, write, edit and publish through Gruuv (“your content”) stays yours. You grant us a licence to store, process, transform and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you: saving it to your journal, generating drafts, publishing to the accounts you connect and reporting performance.

Drafts generated for you are yours to use, edit and publish. You are responsible for checking them before they go out: AI-written text can be wrong, and you know your business better than any model does.

Content you choose to make public, such as a visible collab profile, posts shown on a circle board or your Ask page, can be seen by other members or by anyone with the link, as described in the app.

3. Plans and billing

• Free includes capture, journal, streaks, prompts and the community, with no time limit.
• Trial: every new account gets Pro features for 3 days from sign-up, with a daily limit on moments turned into posts. No card is needed and nothing is charged when it ends.
• Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Prices may change for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice.
• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then drops to Free. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where the law requires it.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider under their own terms.

4. Acceptable use

Use Gruuv for your own business or creative work. Do not use it to:

• post or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or infringes someone else’s rights;
• run spam, fake engagement, impersonation or deceptive marketing, including through Circles or Collabs;
• scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or access other people’s accounts or data;
• violate the terms of any platform you connect.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where possible we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.

5. Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on the social platforms you connect. Their APIs change, rate-limit and sometimes fail, and they can revoke access at any time. We retry failed posts and show you what happened, but we cannot guarantee that any post will publish, reach anyone or perform in any particular way. Projections in the app (for example on the onboarding results screen) are illustrative and not a promise of results.

6. Service and liability

Gruuv is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; that ends these terms and removes your content as described in the privacy policy. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these terms, or discontinue Gruuv altogether with reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.

8. Changes and contact
